Dan Lei

Managing Partner

Dan has solid international experience in both executing and advising M&A cases as well as other cross-border transactions in healthcare, technology and industrial sectors. She has been building business from scratch both in Asia and the West. Dan earned her Master of Science at Eindhoven University of Technology and is the Recipient of the HSP National Scholarship of the Netherlands.



Ginger Ding, PhD

Partner

Dr. Ding has served as cross-border partnering advisor for 15+ biotech or biopharma companies. She is also advisor for Princeton Graduate Consulting Club and Texas Medical Center Consulting Club. She has a 10-year track record in biomedical research, and was an awardee of Susan G. Komen grant in support of her pre-clinical studies at MD Anderson Cancer Center.



Youwen Dai

Partner

Youwen has a rich experience in Chinese and international biopharma Business Development and Sales Channel development. Prior to joining MyBioGate, he worked at Sanofi. Youwen develops and cultivates investor and partner relationships in China, and provides assistance for overseas projects to enter the Chinese market. Youwen graduated from China Pharmaceutical University.



Sylvia Siu

Partner

Sylvia had led the team to complete more than a dozen overseas project introduction, investment, mergers and acquisitions in the past 10 years. Prior to MyBioGate, she has led multiple team creation and operation in industry-leading companies, including Fosun, Shanghai Pharmaceuticals and Naton Medical Group, and has been deeply involved in the medical device industry. Sylvia has a bachelor’s degree in medicinal chemistry from Keele University, UK, and a master’s degree in biomedicine from Aston University.



Sarah Wu MBA

Venture Partner

MBA from Durham University in the U.K. She has 15 years working experiences in pharma, medical device and consulting company in China. She has worked in Pfizer, Mundipharma, Becton & Dickinson, Ipsos and other companies and was responsible for corporate strategy, BD, and marketing. Sarah is currently based in the UK ; She has gained in-depth understandings of biotechnology industry in China and UK, and has extensive consulting experience in Sino-British biotechnology cross-border transaction projects.


